Courtney ZOH make scarves, turbans and clothing that celebrate who you are. The designer, Courtney Richards, lives in Melbourne, Australia. She started Courtney ZOH after seeing nothing in the local market that suited her style and noticed that other women were having the same issue. Courtney started wearing headscarves after she starting losing her hair to alopecia several years ago. She wanted to create a platform to help other women who have lost their hair and be able to teach them how to dress themselves up with scarves and feel empowered again. Modesty empowers us and that is why we have a strong focus on modest fashion. When we are designing, we also aim to cater to women who choose to dress modestly for their faith. There is only a small sector of stylish modest fashion in Australia and we wish to improve that. We believe that everyone, no matter what size, shape or religious beliefs should be able to easily access clothing that suits their needs. We gain inspiration from our travels, architecture, hip hop, unique ideas & thinkers, and people who have a different way of looking at the world and the everyday.
